Delivery Timelines
Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune): 2–4 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Timelines are for standard shipping and exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed before 1 PM IST are processed same day.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive an email and SMS with your tracking number once your order ships. For COD orders, processing begins when the order is confirmed by our team.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you can track your order via:
- ✓The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- ✓Your account page under 'My Orders'
- ✓Directly on our shipping partner's website using your AWB number
What If My Order Is Delayed?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately. In rare cases of courier delays, we'll escalate with the shipping partner on your behalf.
Note on Public Holidays
Our warehouse operates Monday–Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
