1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using kiddiekraft.in, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. In case of pricing errors, we will notify you before processing the order. Product images are representative; actual items may vary slightly in colour due to screen calibration.
3. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if we believe the order is fraudulent or if the item is out of stock. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.
4. Payment
Payment is required at the time of placing an order (except for COD orders). We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable amount.
5. Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Kiddiekraft is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the courier.
6. Returns & Refunds
Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the intellectual property of Kiddiekraft or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
8. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiddiekraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
